| We feel that we can provide
more personalized service and a better quality
product without all the distractions of a shop.
In addition, every flower purchased is hand
picked for your event only. You can bring fabric
swatches and pictures to your consultation.
If you do not have those, we can guide you through
the consultation and give you a general idea
of the flowers and the costs involved. The consultation
last approximately an hour. We require a 25%
deposit that books your date of which is non-refundable,
50 % due one month before the event and the
balance is due on two weeks before. We try to
book only one to two wedding or special event
per weekend in order to better serve our clients.
- Pre-Event Planning:
After you decide to entrust A Classy Touch
with your floral needs, we will coordinate
all of your floral matters with your baker,
caterer and reception facility. As the event
day draws nearer, we will schedule a second
consultation with you to go over all of the
details, and make final plans.
- Event Day: Our
goal on the day of your event is not only
to provide and deliver flowers, but also to
help manage all of the little details, such
as placement of the aisle runner, decorations
on the pews, pinning of corsages & boutonnières,
and helping you prepare for your walk down
the aisle. Unlike many others who simply drop
off the flowers for the ceremony, we will
be there to help as needed to insure that
your day is truly special.
